We develop local off-line Applications for most PDA's available on the market including the iPad, and ALL PDA's running the Microsoft Windows Operating Stsrems. In many cases, the PDA app includes a resident database and will communicate with the Client Server or a WEB Hosting Service when the WAN is available.

The local PDA, once pre-programmed, accumulates data during periods when the WAN is not available. When the WAN becomes available, the accumulated data is sent to the Client Server or their WEB Service.
